A LEED-gold building, Lee Elementary is the first “net zero” energy elementary school in the U.S. To enhance the Challenge Based Learning curriculum, the open design features six “houses” that each have six classes for K-6 students to foster inclusivity and cross-collaboration in co-working spaces.
