Serving Up Opportunity – Lancaster HS Bistro, Lancaster ISD

Lone Star Furnishings is proud to have designed the new Tiger Bistro as part of Lancaster ISD’s Culinary Arts program! This Lancaster High School CTE program is about more than teaching kids how to cook. Nutrition is important to Chef D., who is proud to have introduced a healthier and more varied diet to the students in her classes. Students leave the program with real serving experience and professional certifications to turn their new skills into successful careers upon graduation.
