We are proud to have worked with Orphan Outreach to help bring donated furniture all the way from Frisco, Texas to Cerro de Oro, Guatemala!
75% of all children attending school in Guatemala will drop out after sixth grade, and only 4% will graduate from high school. 68% live below the poverty line. Orphan Outreach’s response combines ministry, equipment, and security to help create a better future for the children in rural areas.

Lone Star is pleased to have the opportunity to share from our abundance with a ministry in Zambia, Africa. This is our second time filling a large shipping container with furniture, appliances, household goods, clothing, and other items to send to longtime friend Pastor Collins Chipaya to distribute them to the needy in that area. His church has supported us with their continued prayers since our inception in 2008, and we are pleased to be able to give back to them.
Lone Star Furnishings values community service and making a positive difference in the world. We are proud to do that wherever we can.
